Refund policy

You can apply for a exchange or return completely free of charge against any of your order within 14 days of its date of delivery.

  • Already replaced/exchanged items are not eligible for a return or refund.
  • All refunds will be credited or issued to the original payment method in case of return and partial return.

How to edit or cancel an order?

If you need to make a change to your order (clothing size, shipping address, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to sales@fingrella.com or you can directly make changes through my orders section located at customers account option located at main-menu, within 24 hours of placing your order.

After getting the order shipped message (dispatching of order from the processing center), all orders will be final.

 

How to process a return or exchange?

Step 1: Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package in the same way it was delivered.

Step 2: Raise a Return/exchange request from our return and exchange option available on website.

Step 3: Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 2-3 working days. For a return that results in the refund of the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.

How long the refund procedure takes?

  • The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

  • We update our customers through emails once we initiated the refund procedure.
  • If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

Things to consider

  • The customers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
  • If the customer receives a torn parcel/wrong product(s)/empty parcel, partial order, they are requested to raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend recording a video while you open/unpack your order, keeping all stickers/labels intact. This video serves as your proof in case of missing/damaged product(s) or parcel(s).

 

*Final sale products are not eligible for returns & exchanges. If a product is under final sale then this statement is clearly stated on that product page.

*Return, refund & replacement requests must be sent within 14 days from the delivery date. All requests after this 14 day period will not be encouraged.

**We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
