Shipping policy

We provide free shipping & cash on delivery option on all products all over India with no minimum purchase requirements.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

    Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. The delivery usually takes about 3 to 7 working days. Please note: for north eastern states this can be increased by 1 to 2 days.

Tracking

1. You will receive an email and SMS when your order has been ready to dispatch within 24 hours.

2. Please click on the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email and SMS to track your orders.

Orders Cancellation & changes.

If you need to make a change to your order (clothing size, shipping address, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to sales@fingrella.com or you can directly make changes through my orders section located at customers account option located at main-menu, within 24 hours of placing your order.

After getting the order shipped message (dispatching of order from the processing center), all orders will be final.
